Steve Busch has been writing songs for 17 years and has been leading worship for 11. Steve attended TNU for two years and studied Music Business. He then moved on from college life and joined a Christian rock band called DOWNPOUR. While traveling all over the nation singing and performing, God lit a fire in Steve’s heart for corporate worship. That is where the true passion of his heart lies. Steve and his family live in west Michigan where he serves as Worship Director for Harvest Bible Chapel. Steve loves to work with other worship leaders and musicians to challenge them to bring the best musical offering they can to God.

MRL, Producer

Matthew Loftis, aka MRL, began banging on boxes as a kid and never looked back.  Matt has been involved with music on a professional level (either, recording, touring, writing or producing) for the past 18 years and playing Drums for 29. When Matt was in college for Graphic Design he felt the call to use his gifts in music as a ministry. God led him to Nashville where he helped form, write and tour with the national CCM recording artist POLARBOY.  In the 10 years on the scene with the band, Matt branched out and felt the desire to work behind the scenes in the studio and found a love for producing and recording.  This led to forming his production company mix44, and working and producing many up and coming artists. Although Drums and performing will always be Matt’s first love, his passion for working with artists and musicians, and helping fulfill their vision for their ministry is certainly center stage.  Matt joins his good friend Steve Busch in BurningBusch productions sharing a vision to provide an outlet to reach people for Christ through music.
